| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨和分析单细胞凝胶电泳技术(SCGE)的影响因素和实验中应该注意的环节.方法:通过对实验方法和操作技术的总结,对Singh提出的碱性SCGE进行适当的补充.结果:完善了SCGE的操作,获得了典型的彗星图像.结论:在实验中避免非特异性因素的影响,注意实验操作细节,能够增加SCGE的特异性和敏感性. |

The application of single cell gel electrophoresis in experiment exmaing embryonal toxicity |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigated and analyzed the factors influencing on the results and the links attended. Methods:SCGE was modified properly during the test based on the basic SCGE advanced by Singh 1988 after summarizing experiment method and skill. Results:The operation of SCGE was perfected and the typical comet star was obtained. Conclusion:Specificity and sensitivity of SCGE would be enhanced if the effects of nonspecific factors were avoided and more attention was paid carefully during the assay. |
