低分子肝素钙对不稳定型心绞痛血液流变学的影响

目的观察低分子肝素钙对不稳定型心绞痛患者血液流变学的影响。方法采取随机抽样的方法 ,观察年龄在 4878岁血液流变学异常的不稳定型心绞痛 80例 ,按统计学处理分成治疗组和对照组各 40例。治疗组采用低分子肝素钙和常规治疗 ,对照组仅行常规治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、全血还原黏度及红细胞沉降率等血液流变学指标的变化情况 ,并进行统计学分析比较。结果治疗组治疗后所测上述指标与治疗前比较均明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,有显著性差异 ;而对照组治疗前后上述指标比较无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;两组间治疗后上述指标比较有显著性差异 (P<0 0 1)。结论不稳定型心绞痛患者经低分子肝素钙治疗后 ,其血液流变学有明显改善。

Effect of low-molecular weight heparin calcium on hemorheology in unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the effect of low-molecular weight heparin calcium (LMWHC) on hemorheology in unstable angina pectoris(UAP). Methods Random sampling was employed to come up with 80 cases of UAP at age of 48 to 78 with abnormal hemorheology.They were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group received LMWHC on the basis of routine treatment while the patients in control group only received routine reatment.Before and after the treatments,the changes in the following hemorheological parameters were determined:blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,packed cell volume,blood reduced viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate.And results were statistically compared. Results After administration of LMWHC,all of the parameters in the treatment group were decreased dramatically compared with those before LMWHC treatment(P<0.01), whereas no statistical difference was found before and after the routine treatment in the control group (P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after the treatments(P<0.01). Conclusions Administration of LMWHC would improve hemorheological parameters in patients with unstable angina pectoris.
