高血压病患者健康教育前后效果评估

目的:对高血压病患者健康教育前后的认知效果评估探讨,对护理人员在患者健康教育中的作用探讨。方法:采用问卷调查及访谈法,对150例高血压患者的健康教育前后认知效果调查,对35例护理人员对健康教育态度调查。结果:患者对高血压相关知识的需求迫切,护士在健康教育上让患者在知、信、行上转变,护士是健康教育的主力军。结论:健康教育可以帮助患者强化健康意识,树立健康信念,提高临床治疗效果,最大程度地降低高血压的危害性。

The Evaluation of the Effect before or after the Health Education of the Hypertension Patients

Objective To evaluate the effect before or after the health education of the hypertension patients and discuss their behavior direction and the effect of the paramedics in health education.Methods Questionnaire investigation and interview were adopted.Both perceiving effect before or after the health education of 150 hypertension patients and attitude of the health education of 35 nurses were investigated.Results The patients demanded the correlative information of hypertension.The nurses changed the knowledge,faith and behavior of the patients in the health education.Nurses were the main force of the health education.Conclusion Health education can help patients intensify their health consciousness,build up their health faith,improve their effect of clinic treatment and reduce the harm of the hypertension furthest.
