神曲消食口服液联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗儿童功能性消化不良疗效研究

目的:观察神曲消食口服液联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗小儿功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:100例功能性消化不良儿童随机分为对照组(n=42)口服枸橼酸莫沙必利,与观察组(n=58)口服神曲消食口服液和枸橼酸莫沙必利,治疗14 d。对治疗前后患者临床症状、疗效、胃肠激素水平、胃排空情况进行评价。结果:治疗后,观察组主症总积分和次症总积分下降明显(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.3%,高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05)。观察组GAS、MOT升高显著,SST水平下降显著(P<0.05)。餐后不同时间点,观察组胃排空优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神曲消食口服液联合枸橼酸莫沙必利在治疗儿童功能性消化不良中临床疗效显著。

Therapeutic effect of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with mosapride citrate on children with functional dyspepsia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with mosapride citrate in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children.Methods:One hundred children with functional dyspepsia were randomly assigned.The control group(n=42)received moxapride citrate orally,while the observation group(n=58)received both Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid and moxapride citrate for 14 days.Clinical symptoms,curative effect,gastrointestinal hormone level and gastric emptying were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of major and minor clinical symptom in the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.3%,higher than 76.19% of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,GAS and MOT increased significantly and SST decreased significantly(P<0.05).Gastric emptying in the observation group was better than that in the control group at different postprandial time points(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with mosapride citrate in the treatment of children functional dyspepsia clinical efficacy is significant.
