丹栀逍遥散联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症临床研究

目的:探讨丹栀逍遥散联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症疗效及对患者甲状腺功能、生活质量的影响。方法:选取90例甲状腺功能亢进症患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组45例用甲巯咪唑,试验组45例在此基础上加用丹栀逍遥散,随症加减用药治疗,比较两组治疗有效率,治疗前后骨代谢和甲状腺功能指标,治疗后生活质量评分以及不良反应情况。结果:治疗结束后,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组血清降钙素、骨钙素、总甲状腺素、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸,均低于对照组,甲状旁腺激素、促甲状腺激素均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者不良反应率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹栀逍遥散加减联合甲巯咪唑对甲状腺功能亢进症患者有提高疗效、改善骨代谢指标和甲状腺功能指标的作用,可提升患者生活质量。

Clinical study of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with methimazole in treating hyperthyroidism

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with methimazole on hyperthyroidism and its influences on thyroid function and quality of life.Methods:90 hyperthyroidism patients were enrolled as study objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methimazole,while the experimental group was additionally treated with modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder,and the medication dose was adjusted based on symptom severity.The response rate of treatment,bone metabolism and thyroid function indexes before and after treatment,quality of life score after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:At end of treatment,response rate of treatment in the experimental the group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum calcitonin,osteocalcin,free thyroxine,total thyroxine,free triiodothyronine and total triiodothyronine in the experimental group were lower than those in the control the group,while parathyroid hormone and thyroid stimulating hormone were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in adverse reactions rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with methimazole in hyperthyroidism patients is conducive to improving curative effect,bone metabolism and thyroid function indexes,improving their quality of life.
