椎弓根钉固定治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折的临床分析

目的探讨椎弓根钉固定治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法 2009年1月至2011年1月期间,我院诊治的40例骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者,给予椎弓根钉内固定治疗,并对其临床疗效进行观察和分析。结果 40例骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者,经过一年的随访期,全部达到骨性愈合标准,没有造成脊柱侧弯,X线、CT检查结果表明矢状位生理曲度恢复,也没有产生严重的术后并发症。结论对于骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者,椎弓根钉固定治疗的临床效果显著。

Clinical Analysis of Transpedicular Screw Fixation in Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

Objective To study the clinical effect of transpedicular screw fixation in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral. Methods 40 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were treated with transpedicle screw fixation. The clinical efficacy was observed and analyzed. Results After one year of follow-up, 40 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures achieved bony union standards without scoliosis. X-ray and CT examination results showed that all patients recovered in the sagittal physiological curvature. The serious postoperative complications were not found. Conclusions For patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, the treatment of pedicle screw fixation is significantly effective.
