| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺结合热敏灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效.方法 将120例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例.治疗组采用针刺结合热敏灸治疗,对照组仅用针刺治疗,治疗3个疗程后观察两组的临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率及痊愈率均明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 针刺结合热敏灸治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效优于单纯针刺治疗. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture plus heat-sensitive moxibustion in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve-root type. Method A total of 120 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve-root type were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 60 in each. Acupuncture and heat-sensitive moxibustion were adopted in the treatment group, while acupuncture alone was adopted in the control group. Therapeutic efficacy was observed after 3 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate and recovery rate in the treatment group were markedly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus heat-sensitive moxibustion has better therapeutic efficacy than single acupuncture treatment in managing cervical spondylosis of nerve-root type. |
