针刀松解法对肩周炎模型家兔抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:目的 观察针刀松解法对不同病理分期肩周炎模型家兔抗氧化能力的影响,探讨针刀松解法对肩周炎干预作用的可能机制.方法 将48只雄性新西兰兔随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组、针刀A组(疼痛期干预)、针刀B组(僵硬期干预)、针刀C组(疼痛期及僵硬期均干预),每组8只.应用持续劳损加冰敷方法制备肩周炎家兔模型,电针组和针刀各组分别行电针和针刀治疗,于实验第33天进行实验取材,分别取血清及肱二头肌、冈上肌、冈下肌、大圆肌,检测丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的变化.结果 针刀松解法对不同病理分期的肩周炎模型家兔血清和局部肌肉中的MDA均具有良好的调整作用,可显著降低肩周炎模型家兔血清和局部肌肉组织中异常MDA含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),同时对血清和肌肉组织中的SOD和T-AOC也有较好的调整作用.结论 针刀松解法可对肩周炎模型家兔血清和局部肌肉组织中的氧自由基代谢发挥良性调节作用,针刀松解法对不同病理分期的肩周炎模型家兔抗氧化能力的影响,可能是其发挥治疗作用的重要环节之一.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of knife needle lysis on antioxidant ability at different pathological stages in a rabbit model of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Method Forty-eight male New Zealand rabbits were randomly allocated to normal, model, electroacupuncture, knife needle A (intervention at the painful stage), knife needle B (intervention at the stiff stage) and knife needle C (intervention at both painful and stiff stages) groups, 8 rabbits each. A rabbit model of scapulohumeral periarthritis was made by continuous strain and ice compress. The electroacupuncture and knife needle groups were treated with electroacupuncture and a knife needle, respectively. Specimens were collected at 33 days after the beginning of the experiment. Serum, and biceps brachial, musculus supraspinatus, musculus inffaspinatus and musculus teres major were taken. MDA, SOD and T-AOC were measured. Result Knife needle lysis had a good regulating effect on MDA in serum and local muscles at different pathological stages in a rabbit model of scapulohumeral periarthritis. It decreased significantly the abnormal MDA content of serum and local muscles in a rabbit model of scapulohumeral periarthritis (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). It also had a good regulating effect on SOD and T-AOC in serum and local muscles. Conclusion Knife needle lysis produces a good regulating effect on oxygen flee radical metabolism in serum and local muscles in a rabbit model of scapulohumeral periarthritis. The effect of knife needle lysis on antioxidant ability at different pathological stages in a rabbit model of scapulohumeral periarthritis may be one of the important links in its therapeutic action.
