氯沙坦和前列地尔联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的:探讨氯沙坦与前列地尔联合对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗作用.方法:60例糖尿病早期肾病患者在积极控制血糖的基础上,随机分为联合治疗组和氯沙坦组,每组各30例,联合治疗组给予氯沙坦及前列地尔联合治疗,氯沙坦组给予氯沙坦单独治疗.在治疗前、后检测肾功能各项指标和血压的变化.结果:联合治疗组和氯沙坦治疗组经治疗后24 h尿蛋白、尿β2-微球蛋白和血压均有显著性降低(P＜0.05),联合治疗组优于氯沙坦治疗组(P＜0.05).结论:前列地尔联合氯沙坦治疗糖尿病早期肾病有相互协同的作用,疗效优于氯沙坦组.

Combination therapy with losartan and alprostadil for early diabetic nephropathy

Objective:To investigate the curative effects of losartan and alprostadil in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with the early stage of diabetic nephropathy were divided into 2 groups:combined treatment group and losartan group with 30 cases in each group.The patients were treated with alprostadil and losartan or losartan.Then the levels of blood pressure,urinary albumin excretion rate,blood urea nitrogen,and serum creatinine were detected before and after the treatment.Results:The levels of blood pressure,urinary albumin excretion rate,blood urea nitrogen,and serum creatinine of the patients were obviously decreased in 2 groups(P<0.05).The data of combined treatment group were better than those of the losartan group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of alprostadil and losartan is effect in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.
