| 摘 要： | 将着色氟斑牙开窗用１８％盐酸溶液收取色素样本。用氟电极法测定氟含量，邻二氮杂菲分光光度法测定铁含量。结果提示，氟和铁元素在釉质中的含量与氟中毒时釉质着色程度有关。 |

| Abstract: | The concentration of fluorine and iron in the samples collected from the stained areas of dental fluorosis with 18% hydrochloric acid was measured by fluoride selective electrode and phenanthroline spectrophotometric method,respectively.The results show that the contents of F and Fe in enamel were closely related to the staining degree. |
