| 摘 要： | 弥漫性肺间质纤维化是一组病因各异,病理形态相似的疾病。近年研究发现纤维化病灶内部分增生的间质细胞来源于骨髓源性外周血纤维细胞。本文就骨髓源性外周血纤维细胞的组织起源、标记物、功能及与肺纤维化的关系作一综述,有助于进一步明确弥漫性肺间质纤维化的病因和发病机制,制定有效治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Diffuse interstitial pulmonary fibrosis was a group of diseases which had the similar morphology and different etiology.Recent researches showed that a part of mesenchymal cells which proliferated in fibrotic foci derived from peripherial blood fibrocytes.The aim of this article is to review the histogenesis,markers,function of peripherial blood fibrocytes and its relationship with pulmonary fibrosis,furthmore,to identify the etiology and pathogenesis of the diffuse interstitial pulmonary fibrosis and provide the study measure for establishing an efficiency treatment for it. |
