螺旋CT扫描及后处理成像对显示颌面部骨折的重要性

摘    要:目的探讨螺旋CT扫描及后处理成像对颌面部骨折的诊断作用及临床指导价值。方法采用西门子somatom Balance高速螺旋CT扫描机,对23例颌面部骨折患者进行螺旋CT扫描后保留原始数据并进行后处理成像(MPR,SSD,MIP)。结果螺旋CT扫描结合后处理成像直观地显示了23例中的51处颌面骨折,并清晰显示了颌面部骨折的部位、形态、数目、骨折块的移位情况以及颌面部骨的立体结构。结论螺旋CT扫描图像结合后处理成像不仅可提高颌面部创伤性骨折的诊断准确率,而且能直观显示颌面部骨折的空间关系,对临床治疗方案的制定具有明显的指导作用。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the importance of spiral CT scanning with postprocessing techniques for visualizing maxillofacial fractures.Methods Twenty-three patients with clinically suspected maxillofacial fracture underwent spiral CT scans with postprocessing techniques which comprised multiplanar reformatting(MPR) ,surface shaded display(SSD) and maximum intensity projection(MIP) .All scanned procedures were performed by siemens somatom balance high speed spiral CT scanner.The acquired CT data were subsequently transferred to workstation to generate 3D images.Results spiral CT scans with postprocessing techniques directly demonstrated 51 foci of maxillofacial fractures in 23 cases and clearly revealed the position,shape,number and displacement degree of fracture fragments as well as the stereoscopic structures of maxillomandibulofacial bones.Conclusion spiral CT scanning with postprocessing technique can not only raise the diagnostic accuracy of maxillofacial fractures also can directly show the spatial relationships of fracture fragments in complex maxillofacial trauma so that it has important guiding role for planning the preoperative protocol.
