血栓通联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的评价血栓通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法60例患者随机分为治疗组（30例）对照组（30例），两组常规治疗及应用注射用血栓通均相同。治疗组另外联合应用注射用奥扎格雷钠。2周末评估患者临床症状及肌力恢复情况。结果治疗组和对照组的临床症状肌力恢复总有效率分别为96．7％和73．3％（P〈0．05）。结论血栓通联合奥扎格雷钠是治疗急性脑梗死的有效方法，且安全性高。

OBSERVATION ON THE CURATIVE EFFECT IN THE TREATMENT OF ACUTE CEREBRAL INFARCTION WITH XUESHUANTONG INJECTION COMBINED WITH OZAGREL SODIUM

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of acute cerebral infarction treated by Xueshuantong injection combined with Ozagrel Sodium. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were at random divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The regular treatment and Xueshuantong injection were the same carried out in two groups. However, the Ozagrel Sodium injection was additionally used in treatment group. The clinical symptoms and recovery of myedynamia in two groups were appraised two weeks later. Results Of the clinical symptoms and recovery of myodynamia in two groups, the total ratcs of effectiveness were respectively 96. 7% and73.3% （p 〈0. 05）. Condusion It is an effective and safe methed to treat aeute cerebral infarction by Xueshuantong injection combined with Ozagrel Sodium injection.
