军队疗养院建设现状与发展构想

我国疗养院大都起源20世纪50年代,按前苏联模式建立起来,历经半个多世纪,有了长足的发展。军队疗养院作为军队卫生医疗机构的重要组成部分,为军队干部疗养、康复与保健作出了重要贡献,但不少疗养院存在综合效益不高、专业性不强等现实问题,发展速度远远落后于军队医院,与新的形势、任务和要求不相适应。充分认清军队疗养院存在的必要性与重要性,正确把握卫勤保障、学科建设、人才培养、科学管理等重难点,改变疗养院“服务不如宾馆,治疗不如医院”的发展现状,推进军队疗养院全面、协调、可持续发展,已经成为现实而紧迫的任务。
