| 摘 要： | 目的观察肝脏注射促肝细胞生长素治疗活动性肝硬化疗效和护理作用。方法65例CAH患者在超声引导下经皮肝内注射80mg促肝细胞生长素及1mg地塞米松。结果治疗效果良好,患者超声、肝组织病理学及肝功能明显改善。结论肝内注射促肝细胞生长素是治疗活动性肝硬化的安全而有效的方法,针对性的护理干预可提高治疗疗效及患者的生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of percutaneous intrahepatic promoting hepatocyte growth factor（ PH- GF） and nursing care in patients with active cirrhosis（AC）. Methods Sixty-five patients with AC underwent percutaneous Intrahepatic injection of 80 mg promoting hepatocyte growth factor and 1 mg dexamethasone guided by ultrasound. Results Hepatic function,uhrasonogram and liver histopathology were significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion Percutaneous intrahepatic PHGF is safe and effective for AC. Special nursing intervention can enhance the therapeutic efficacy and improve the quality of life of patients. |
