急性脑梗塞患者早期空腹血糖水平与预后的关系

目的探讨急性脑梗塞患者血糖水平与预后的关系。方法 156例急性脑梗塞患者在入院时检测空腹血糖,根据血糖情况将其分为四组,对照分析血糖水平与临床疗效、梗塞灶大小的关系。结果急性脑梗塞患者临床症状的轻重以及梗塞灶大小、临床疗效与入院时血糖水平有关,血糖越高,临床症状越重,梗塞灶面积大、预后差。结论高血糖可加重急性脑梗塞神经系统损伤,预后不佳,积极预防和治疗高血糖是预防脑梗塞的有力措施之一。

The Relationship between Fasting Blood Glucose Level of the Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and their Prognosis

Objective To discuss the relationship between fasting blood glucose level of the patients with acute cerebral infarction and their prognosis.Methods Fasting blood glucose of 156 cases with acute cerebral infarction was detected at admission;according to the detection results,the 156 cases were divided into 4 groups;an analysis was made on the relationship between blood glucose level and clinical curative effect as well as that between blood glucose level and the size of the infarction lesions.Results The severity of the clinical symptoms of the patients,the size of infarction lesions and the clinical curative effect were related to the blood glucose level at admission;the higher blood glucose level was,the more severe the clinical symptoms,the bigger the infarction size and the poorer the prognosis were.Conclusions High blood glucose level can make more severe nervous system injury and worse prognosis;effective prevention and treatment of high blood glucose are important in preventing cerebral infarction.
