| 当归素对大白鼠实验性心肌缺血再灌注损伤的膜脂保护作用 | |

| 摘 要： | 当归素每天800 mg/kg 灌胃15 d,然后结扎大白鼠冠状动脉45 min,解除结扎恢复血流灌注60 min,复制大白鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察该药对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果:当归素明显降低膜 Ca~(2+)-ATP 酶活性、游离脂肪酸、磷脂/胆固醇比值、改善线粒体膜流动性,抑制过氧化物的损伤。提示当归素对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤有膜脂保护效应。其机理与抗氧化有关。 |

| Abstract: | 800 mg/kg·d of Natrii Ferulatis(NF)were orally given to rats for 15 days.The myocardial is- chemia reperfusion injury modal was produced by occlusing the left coronary artery and releasing the occlusion in rats.This significantly decreased myocardial Ca~(2+)-ATPase activities and CH/PL radical, FFA contents,improved mitochondrial membrane fluidity and kept them from the oxygen free radical damage.These results indicate that NF have membrane protective effect on myocardial ischemia reper- fusion injury probably by inhibiting the oxygen free radials and subsquence lipid peroxidation. |
