超早期颅骨锥孔尿激酶冲洗治疗脑出血102例

目的总结超早期颅骨锥孔尿激酶冲洗治疗脑出血的经验与教训。方法对102例发病在6h内的脑出血病人,采用颅骨锥孔置管后,用尿激酶冲洗引流。结果恢复正常29例(28.5%),轻残36例(35.3%),重残20例(19.6%),植物生存5例(4.9%),死亡12例(11.8%)。住院治疗期间无一例复发和颅内感染。结论超早期颅骨锥孔尿激酶冲洗治疗脑出血,血肿溶解迅速,引流效果好,且不会破坏患者凝血机制。

Super-early Skull Boring Plus Urokinase for Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage of 102 Cases

Objective To sum up the experience in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage by boring the skulls and injecting urokinase at super-early stage. Methods We selected 102 intracerebral hemorrhage cases. All the cases didn't surpass six hours since. We bored their skulls, placed a pipe into the hemorrhage, and then injected urokinase through the pipe every 4-6 hours. Results Of the 102 cases,29 recovered (28.5%),36 were ill with slight (35.3%),20 were ill with serious disability (19.6%), 5 survived in vegetation state (4.9%), and 12 died (11.8%).Conclusion Super-early skull boring treatment plus urokinase can quickly draw and dissolve the intracerebral hemorrhage without destroying the patients' blood coagulation mechanism.
