| 摘 要： | 桥本甲状腺炎与亚急性甲状腺炎是临床上常见的甲状腺炎类型,但发病机制不同,前者是一种自身免疫性甲状腺疾病,后者发病则与病毒感染相关,两者临床上较少合并出现。该文报道并回顾一例桥本甲状腺炎合并亚急性甲状腺炎病例的诊治过程,结合文献复习探讨该病症的临床表现、诊断和鉴别诊断、病因及治疗特点。 |
