| 摘 要： | 遗传学研究证实遗传因素在前列腺癌的发展过程中具有一定的作用。同时,一些病例对照研究与基于人群的队列研究也提示前列腺癌具有复杂的遗传流行病学的特征。文章分析了流行病学暴露因素及易感基因与前列腺癌的关系,并就国内外前列腺癌遗传流行病学方面的研究现状以及今后研究的发展方向作一综述。 |
