逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折临床疗效分析

目的:探讨应用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:对我科自2000年5月至2006年7月应用逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨远端骨折38例进行回顾分析。结果:术后随访6个月~2年,平均12.5个月,38例股骨远端骨折全部骨性愈合,平均愈合时间4.6个月(3个月~6个月)。根据Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准[1]进行疗效评定,结果优30例,良6例,一般2例,差0例。优良率为94%。结论:逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折具有创伤小、固定牢固,更利于骨折的愈合和膝关节功能的恢复等优点。

Clinical Results of Treatment for Distal Femur Fractures with Retrograde Intramedullery Interlocking Nails

Objective: To report the clinical results of retrograde intramedullery interlocking nail in treating distal femur fractures.Method: From May 2000 to July 2006,thirty-eight cases of distal femur fractures treated with retrograde intramedullery interlocking nails were reviewed.Result: The average duration of follow-up was 12.5 months(six months to two years).All of 38 cases achieved clinical bone healing by using the times which are 4.6 months(from three months to six months) on average.Their functional recovery was evaluated according to the Lysholm criteria.The results therapy were excellent in 30,good in 6,fair in 2,poor in 0.The "good" and "excellent" rate is 94%.Conclusion: Use of retrograde intramedullery interlocking nails in treating distal femur fractures has not only advantages of limited invasion and stable fixation,but also benefits better bone healing and recovery of knee joint functions.
