| 摘 要： | 目的 分析儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的胃镜及胃电图特点,为腹型过敏性紫癜的早期诊断提供依据.方法 对29例以腹痛为首发症状的过敏性紫癜患儿进行胃镜及胃电图检查,观察胃、十二指肠黏膜病变特点及胃电图的变化.结果 胃镜检查显示胃和十二指肠黏膜呈现不同程度的充血、水肿、糜烂甚至溃疡,以十二指肠降部病变为著,食管黏膜未见异常.腹型过敏... |
