| 摘 要： | 目的观察慢性脑供血不足(chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency,CCCI)患者认知状况,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选择56例CCCI(观察组)及同期健康体检者44例(对照组),观察组予尼莫地平、阿司匹林肠溶片、辛伐他汀滴丸口服。观察组于治疗前和治疗5个月后行认知功能评定,包括行简易智能状况量表(MMSE),画钟表测试(CDT)评定。对照组与观察组治疗前同期行MMSE、CDT评定。结果观察组治疗后MMSE、CDT评分均升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但观察组治疗前后MMSE、CDT评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CCCI患者认知功能经系统治疗有所改善,是否能延缓疾病发展有待长期观察。
