| 摘 要： | 目的探讨捆绑式胰肠吻合术在胰十二指肠切除术中的应用价值。方法2007年8月至2010年8月收治胰头癌7例，壶腹癌8例，胆总管下段癌8例，均采用捆绑式胰肠吻合。结果本组无死亡病例，无一例术后发生胰漏。结论捆绑式胰肠吻合术操作简便，效果确切，可常规用于胰十二指肠切除术。

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the application of binding pancreaticojejunostomy in pacreatuodenectomy. Methods From Aug. 2007 to Aug. 2010, binding pancreaticojejunostomy was performed in 23 patients including 7 patients with carcinoma of the pancreatic head,8 ones with carcinoma of the duodenal ampulla and 8 with carcinoma of the distal bile ducts. Results There was no operative mortality. No pancreatic fistula occurred after the operation. Conclusion Binding pancreaticojejunostomy is easy to manipulate with safety and effectiveness, and can be used in paereatuodenectomy on a regular basis. |
