局部皮瓣转移术对促进伤口愈合的临床应用价值

目的探讨局部皮瓣转移术对促进伤口愈合的临床应用价值。方法伤口经换药或清创至基本清洁后,于伤口附近设计局部皮瓣,将皮瓣形成后转移至伤口。结果 38例难愈伤口经用局部皮瓣转移术处理,均一期愈合。结论局部皮瓣转移术能够通过提供健康组织、转移皮肤张力、用健康皮缘代替不健康创缘、填补组织缺损等促进伤口愈合,该方法对处理难愈伤口具有重要价值。

Clinical value of local flap grafting In promoting wound healing

Objective To explore the mechanisms of local flap grafting in promoting wound healing and its＇ clinical value. Methods Wounds were cleaned by debridement or dressing change before operation and proper local flaps were designed for grafting. The de- signed flaps were transferred to the wounds. Results The refractory wounds of the 38 cases were treated by local flap transferring technique, and were healed well by primary healing. Conclusion The local flap transferring technique may promote wound healing by providing healthy tissues, decreasing skin tension, replacing the unhealthy would edge with healthy skin edge and filling tissue defect, so it is of important value in treatment of refractory wounds.
