| 摘 要： | 目的：建立蒙药尤宁一7散中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。方法：采用RP-HPLC检测方法，流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7％磷酸溶液（26：2：72），检测波长403nm，流速1.0mL／min。结果：羟基红花黄色素A组分峰与其他组分峰达基线分离，羟基红花黄色素A在0.1304μg～1．304μg范围内，峰面积值与进样量呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999），加样回收率为97.5％，RSD=0.94％（n=9）。结论：该方法简便、准确、可靠，可作为本品质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | To develop the methods for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Youning -7 Powder. Methods： Hydroxysafflor yellow A was analyzed by RP - HPLC. The mobile phase was Methanol - Acetonitrile -0.7% phosphoric acid（26 ： 2 ： 72,v/v）. The detective wavelength was 403 nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Results： The linearity was good within the range 0. 1304μg ~ 1..304tμg （r = 0.9999）. The average recovery was 97.5% and RSD was 0.94% （n = 9 ）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Youning -7 Powder. |
