双胎妊娠分娩方式对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨双胎妊娠的分娩方式对妊娠结局的影响。方法收集我院2011年1月—2012年12月共205例双胎妊娠产妇,分为阴道分娩组和剖宫产组,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果两组产妇的年龄、孕周差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);剖宫产组的产后出血率明显高于阴道分娩组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组第1胎新生儿窒息率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而阴道分娩组第2胎儿的窒息率明显高于剖宫产组(P<0.05)。结论正确选择双胎妊娠的分娩方式,将有助于降低新生儿窒息率,改善母婴结局。

Influence of delivery mode on outcomes of twin pregnancy

Objective To study the relationship between delivery mode and pregnancy outcome in twin pregnancy. Methods A total of 205 twin pregnancy women admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were divided into two groups, i. e. vaginal delivery group and cesarean section group. The clinical dates were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were no differences in age and pregnancy week between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The rate of postpartum hemorrhage was higher in the cesarean section group than in the vaginal delivery group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference neonatal asphyxia of the first neonate between the two groups （P 〉0.05 ） , however the incidence of neonatal asphyxia of the second neonate in the vaginal delivery group was much higher than that in the cesarean section group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Right delivery mode can lower the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and improve the outcome in twin pregnancy.
