| 摘 要： | 目的探讨体外热疗联合常规化疗药物作用于人直肠癌活体细胞时，最佳时效与量效关系，从而为临床治疗提供依据。方法四甲基偶氮唑蓝（MTT）比色法测定不同时间不同剂量热化疗组与单纯化疗组对人直肠癌活体细胞的抑制率。结果热化疗组对人直肠癌活体细胞的抑制率显著高于单纯化疗组，并存在一定的时效、量效关系。结论热化疗组对人直肠癌活体细胞的抑制作用较单纯化疗组强。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the combined application of thermotherapy and chemotherapy （thermochemotherapy） to rectal cancer cells in vitro, so as that the best treatment of choice will be provided. Methods Inhibition ratios to human rectal cancer cells of various groups were assayed by MTT colorimetry. Results The groups treated with hyperthennia plus chemotherapy had larger inhibition ratio to human rectal cancer cells than that treated with single chemotherapy in a dose-and time-dependent manner. Conclusion Hyperthermia combined with chemical treatment has stronger inhibition to human rectal cancer cells than single chemi- cal treatment. |
