院前急救知识及技能培训现况调查

目的：了解警察和高中毕业生人群院前急救培训现状及需求，旨在探讨特殊人群院前急救培训的改进方案。方法：随机抽取陕西省一所重点高等院校全体2013级新训学员及陕西省2010—2014年期间某两届警察司升督培训班全体学员。结果：两组人群院前急救的知晓率均低，但警察略好于高于毕业生；院前急救培训率均低，70％以上警察和高中毕业生都未接受过任何形式的院前急救培训；培训效果调查4道考题中除了中毒急救答对率超过71％，其他3题答对率均在43％以下，说明以往的培训效果较差；施救意愿调查结果显示两组人群施救意愿强烈；“不施救”原因调查结果显示，“没有掌握急救技能”和“怕承担法律责任”排在前两位。结论：被调查者有接受培训意愿，应加强公众院前急救技术培训制度化、规范化、数字化建设，建立高效可行的院前急救培训机制从而提高培训效率及质量，完善相关法律法规，规范公众急救行为。

Prevalence Survey and Countermeasure on Knowledge and Technical Training of Pre - hospital Emergency Care

Objective： To Learn about police and senior high school student as to their pre - hospital care training status and training demand so that to discuss about solutions for improving the pre -hospital care training. Methods： All the freshmen of 2013 in one of the first- class uni- versities and colleges in Shaanxi Province, as well as all the trainees of a two - year superintendent - to - supervisor training class for the period 2010 -2014 in Shaanxi Province, were token randomly. Results： The awareness rate of the two samples are low, but it is higher in the police than the senior high school students slightly. Results show that the rate of training are low, and more than 70% police and students have not par- ticipate in any of pre - hospital care training. And survey result about training effect show that it is less efficient by using the previous training method, among the four examination questions only the accuracy of first aid when poisoned is higher than 71%, and the accuracy of the other three questions is lower than 43%. The rescue will show that they will not rescue the wounded because of their ＂fear to bear legal responsibility＂ and ＂ cant give first aid correctly＂. Conclusion： to accelerate the institutionalization, standardization and digitalization Construction of training on pre - hospital care, and establish an efficient and practicable pre - hospital training mechanism in order to improve training efficiency and quality. To prefect related laws and regulations, thus, public behavior can be restrained correspondingly.
