驻疆某部军人口腔健康状况调查与分析

目的对驻疆某部军人口腔健康状况进行调查，为制定口腔保健措施提供依据。方法以WHO（1997）公布的口腔健康调查基本方法（第4版）为依据，第三次全军口腔健康调查方案为标准，根据调查目的和要求，采用分层、整群抽样方法，选择驻疆某部军人1292名为调查对象。结果驻疆某部军人患龋率为31．55％，龋均0．47；牙周疾病患病率为56．3％，牙周病平均区段数为2．59；1年内口腔溃疡发病率为6．49％。结论驻疆某部军人口腔健康状况不容乐观，需要改善口腔疾病医疗条件、加强口腔疾病预防工作、尽快建立口腔疾病防治策略。

Investigation into oral health in servicemen in Xinjiang

Objective To investigate the prevalence of oral diseases among servicemen in Xinjiang, thus to provide scientific basis for the establishment of the oral health care policies in the region. Methods World health organization （WHO） oral health survey basic methods （4th edition, 1997 ） were used. A total of 1 292 persons were surveyed on oral disease by using stratified random. Results The prevalence rate of dental caries was 31.55 % ; the decayed missing filled teeth （DMFT） was 0.47 ; the periodonti- tis rate was 56.3% ; the Periodontal disease section number was 2.59 ; the oral ulcer rate was 6.49%. Conclusion It＇ s impera- tive for us to improve the condition of medical health care for the servicemen in Xinjiang. Systematic dental services may further im- prove the oral health.
