| 摘 要： | 目的探讨黄芪与丹参治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎对红细胞(RBC)免疫功能的影响及临床应用评价。方法患儿治疗前后与对照组进行红细胞免疫粘附C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3b-RR)、红细胞循环复合物花环率(RbC-ICR)、红细胞免疫复合物促进率(RFER)、红细胞免疫粘附抑制率(RFIR)检测。结果治疗前RBC-C3b-RR、RFER明显低于对照组，RBC-ICR、RFIR显著高于对照组，两组比较有显著差异(P<0．01)；经黄芪、丹参治疗后RbC免疫功能各项指标恢复正常。结论黄芪、丹参可提高病毒性心肌炎患儿BBC的免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the influence on RBC immune function of children withviral myocarditis treated with milk vetch root and danshen, and evaluate its clinical application.Methods: RBC-Csb-RR, RBC-ICR, RFER and RFIR of children with viral myocarditis weretested before and after treatment. Results: In comparison with the control group we found thatbefore treatment RBC-Csb-RR and RFER were lower while RBC-ICR and RFIR were higherthan those of the control group with a difference ( P < 0.01 ). But after treatment all indexes ofRBC immune function were restored. Conclusion:Milk vetch root and danshen can improveRBC immune function. |
