| 摘 要： | 目的：总结肾结核声像图特征,探讨超声对肾结核的诊断价值。方法：回顾分析有完整资料的116例肾结核患者的声像图特征。结果：超声诊断肾结核的符合率为89.6%（106/116）。超声示：肾髓质处不规则无回声,壁厚呈虫蚀样改变;肾盂肾盏扩张,壁增厚,内透声性差;肾显著增大,内见云雾状大片点状回声;肾缩小,表面隆突不平的强回声。结论：各种不同病理类型的肾结核具有其不同的声像图特点,可根据其不同的改变对肾结核作出明确的诊断。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the value of tuberculosis of Renal tuberculosis.Methods: The ultrosonographies of all 116 cases of renal tuberculosis were reviewed and typed.Results:The rate of final diagnosis of ultrosonography was 89.6%(106/116).Some irregular liquid-hypoecho area in kidney, bug-decayd destruction of the calyces in thickness of the calyces,pyelocaliectasis , thickness of the calyces,the renal significant enlargement ,cloud like spot echo in the kidney ,the renal shrinkage, high-level echo of the grouchy bluntness of the outline could be seen in ultrasonograms.Conclusion:Various manifestations of images are shown in renal tuberculosis and definite clinical diagnosis is according to the masteing changes. |
