肺癌侵犯左心房的MRI表现及病理解剖基础

探讨肺癌侵犯左心房的ＭＲＩ特点及其病理解部基础，为肺癌ＩＬ的ＭＲＩ诊提供依据。材料与方法：回顾性分析病理证实的１３例癌ＩＬＡ的ＭＲＩ表现及相关的手术病理资料，盲法判断ＭＲＩ征象瓶 手术病理对照。

MRI Appearance of the Invasion of Left Atrium by Lung Cancer and Its Pathologic Basis

Objective: To study the MR imaging features of invasion of the left atrium (ILA) by lung cancer and its pathologic basis. Materials and Methods: The MRI findings with related surgical and pathological data in 13 cases, the neoplastic invation of the left atrium which was surgicopathologically proven, were retrospectively analyzed. The MRI findings were blindliy analyzed and compared with the surgical and pathological appearances. Results:The MRI manifestations of ILA by lung cancer include: (1 )Abnormalisties in signal intensity of the left atrial wall, intracavitary nodular or mass (abnormalities of left atrial wall); (2)The pulmonary venous trank (PVT) was encased by mass becoming narrowed or obliterated (abnormalities of PVT); (3 )The high signal intensity of fat between mass and left atrium were disappearred (abnormalities of periatrial fat). Conclusion: Sign as abnormalities of left atrial wall, abnormalities of PVT and abnormalities of periatrial fat, are useful in diagnosis of ILA by lung cancer on MR imaging.
