阴躁证辨治刍议

从临床辨证施治的角度,结合中医古代文献,对“阴躁”这一病名的来源,概念,闰理,证候表现,辨治方药等作了初步探讨,阴躁,即阴证发躁,常见阴虚阴盛,阴盛格阳2种证型,治疗有单纯温补散寒与温补同时反佐寒凉的不同,由于临床对烦躁这一主症多从阳热立论,故把“阴躁”作为一个病名单立加以强调,对提高中医药疑难病的辨治能力或有所裨益。

On Differentiation of Yin Restlessness Syndrome

Based on the clinical practice and ancient Chinese medical literature, the author presents a discussion on the origin of the name of this syndrome, the concept of this syndrome, the etiology, symptoms and signs, and the prescriptions used in the treatment of this syndrome. This syndrome can be divided into two types: deficiency of yang with hyperactivity of yin, and hyperactivity of yin that checks yang. They were treated differently by simply warming and tonification to expel cold, or by warming and tonification combined with drugs cold in nature.
