| 摘 要： | 目的建立首乌丸中大黄素含量的测定方法。方法运用正交实验优化样品处理的提取条件,采用高效液相色谱法检测大黄素含量,色谱柱为UltimateXB-C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(87∶13),检测波长254 nm。结果大黄素在1.89~60.37μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,游离大黄素和总大黄素的平均加样回收率分别为100.16%和99.87%,RSD分别为0.91%和1.50%。结论此法简便、准确、快捷,可用于首乌丸的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Shouwu Pills.Methods After using the orthogonal test to optimize extracting conditions,Emodin was separated on UltimateXB-C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)column and detected at 254 nm,with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(87∶13) as a mobile phase.Results There was good linearity from 1.89-60.37 μg,r=0.999 8,in separation of Emodin.The average recovery of free emodin and total emodin separately was 100.16% with RSD of 0.91% and 99.87% with RSD1.50%.Conclusion This method is accurate,simple and rapid.This study provides the reference to establish the quality standard for Shouwu Pills. |
