医源性周围神经损伤的临床和神经电生理分析

目的:探讨医源性周围神经损伤的原因及神经电生理改变,总结经验,寻找防治措施。方法:总结分析66例医源性周围神经损伤的临床资料。结果:医源性周围神经损伤的常见原因为手术误伤、压迫伤、牵拉伤、注射性损伤等,神经电生理检查可明确损伤神经的部位及损伤程度。结论:医源性周围神经损伤多由术中操作不当引起;医务人员具有高度的责任感、坚实的解剖知识基础和熟练细致的操作是预防的关键;神经电生理检查对于医源性周围神经损伤的诊治具有重要价值。

CLINICAL AND ELECTRONEUROPHYSIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS ON IATROGENIC PERIPHERAL NERVE INJURY

Objective：To explore the reasons for iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury and electroneurophysiological change, sum up experience, find preventive measures. Methods：The clinical data were analyzed in 66 patients with iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury. Results：The common causes of iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury were injury in operation, compression injury, stretch injury and injection injury. Electroneurophysiological examination could confirm the location of injury nerve and degree of injury. Conclusion：Iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury is caused by improper operation. The key to prevention depend on medical personnel with high sense of responsibility,solid anatomical knowledge base and skilled and meticulous operation. Electroneurophysiological examination is of important value in diagnosis and treatment of iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury.
