| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝性脑病(HE)患者应用连续性静-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)治疗的观察和护理.方法回顾性总结14例HE患者应用CVVH方法治疗HE过程中,有效维持CVVH的正常运转及术中并发症的预防及护理.结果CVVH治疗14例患者共29例次,总有效率85.71%,与对照组总有效率比较有差异(P＜0.05),治疗过程中避免了出血、凝血、感染、褥疮、外伤等并发症发生.结论采用CVVH治疗使大部分患者的临床症状得到有效改善,加强CVVH技术的护理对提高HE的清醒率和存活率起到重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the observation and nursing on patients who suffer from hepatic encephalopathg (HE) and receive continuous venous venous hemofiltration ( CWH) . Method Summarized retrospectively the nursing on operating CWH efficiently and properly as well as preventing and nursing complications of 14 patients with HE who received CWH. Result 14 patients were treated by CWH 29 times. The efficiency of CWH group was 85.71%. There was significant difference between CWH group and control group (didn't receive CWH) in efficiency. The complications such as bleeding, blood coagulation, infection, bedsore and injury were prevented efficiendy during CWH operation. Conclusion CWH can improve the clinical symptom of patients with HE effectively. Careful observation and nursing are important for improving consciousness rate and survive rate of HE. |
