| 摘 要： | 目的:观察软伤丸对兔和小鼠建立椎间盘突出相关模型的治疗作用,通过X线及组织形态学观察,镇痛,抗炎等实验。结果:软伤丸对椎间盘软骨组织有明显的修复作用,镇痛抗炎作用均优于对照组。结论:该药对椎间盘突出有抗炎镇痛和良好的组织修复作用,是一种治疗椎间盘病安全有效的药物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:observe the curative effect of Ruanshang pill for treatment of intervertebral disc prolapse in related rabbit and mice model;observe the effect of its easing pain and anti-inflammation by x-ray and histomorphological observation.Result:Ruanshang Pill present distinct repair effect for the soft tissue of intervertebral disc and its effect for easing pain and anti-inflammation,easing pain and repairing soft tissue effects intervertebral disc prolapse,being safe and effective for treatmeng of intervertebral disc diseases. |
