摘    要:术中放射治疗是一种重要的肿瘤治疗方法,在国外已经得到应用,国内只有少数医院开展,而与其配套的治疗计划系统的研制更是空白。本文描述了一种术中放射治疗计划系统的功能需求,讨论其的总体架构和功能模块,分析术中放疗计划系统设计的几个关键问题。在手术过程中,准直器的位置摆放精确是放疗计划完好实施的重要保障,我们将双目立体视觉应用于术中放射治疗计划系统中,提出一种准直器摆位验证的方法。术前和术中患者器官可能会有形变或位置偏移,一般在术中是无法观测到这种形变或偏移,我们采集术中Freehand类型B超图像并进行三维重建,提出将术前CT图像和术中B超图像配准、融合的方法,对观测病人器官的变形有一定意义,并探讨了VTK可视化技术在医学三维显示中的应用,实现了一种更真实的三维交互方式。

Abstract:IORT(Intra-operative Radiation Therapy) is an important method of cancerous tumor treatment,and has been well used abroad.In China,however,there are only a several hospitals that have performed such operation and even no effort dedicated to the study and development of the corresponding therapy plan system.This paper describes the implementation of an IORT system and discusses the overall system framework and functional modules,and analyses several key technologies of the software designing.It is necessary to placing the position of collimator precisely during the operation.In this paper,a method based on binocular stereovision is introduced to verify the accuracy of the position,it is a new way to resolve the problem.The deformation of patient organs may occur compared with preoperative state,and it's hard to observe this deformation during the operation.We collect the intra-operative three-dimensional freehand B-mode ultrasound based on binocular stereovision,so that to reconstruct the three-dimensional ultrasound data.And fuse the preoperative CT image and intra-operative image to provide a way to observe the deformation.Finally,we discuss the use of VTK(Visualization toolkit) in the medical Image processing,and implement a 3D interaction mode.
