社区健康教育对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者治疗依从性的影响研究

目的：探讨社区健康教育对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取在医院门诊治疗的老年糖尿病合并高血压患者150例，将其随机分为干预组和对照组各75例。对照组采用常规用药指导和治疗方法，干预组在对照组基础上进行个体化社区健康教育指导。干预6个月后比较两组患者的治疗依从性及血压控制效果。结果健康教育6个月后，干预组用药依从性在按时服药、遵医嘱加减药量、定期复查以及发现异常及时与医生联系等方面都显著优于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P 〈0.01）；两组患者的血压发生明显变化，干预组收缩压和舒张压较对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.01）。结论健康教育显著提高了患者的治疗依从性和血压控制效果，值得临床推广。

The Community Health Education and Treatment Compliance of in Elderly Diabetic Patients with Hypertension

Objectives To explore the impact of community health education on the treatment compliance of elder diabetic patients with hypertension.Methods 1 50 elder diabetic patients with hypertension were selected from the clinic and randomly evenly divided into intervention group and control group.Both groups followed regular medica-tion guidance and treatment.Besides that,the intervention group received individual community health education and guidance.The compliance treatment and degree of blood pressure control between two groups were analyzed af-ter 6 months.Results After 6 months＇intervention,the intervention group showed better compliance in the as-pects of regular medication,changing medication under the guidance of the doctor,regular examination and contact the doctor at once when observed abnormality than that of control group （P 〈0.01）.Blood pressure of both groups changed obviously,but the intervention group＇s blood pressure were better controlled,both systolic and diastolic ones （P 〈0.01 ）.Conclusions Health education significantly improved patients＇treatment compliance,lowered cost of treatment and is worthy of promotion.
