中西医结合治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的疗效及其复发率。方法随机选取45例ITP患者,分为中药组、丙种球蛋白组及中西医结合治疗组各15例,中药组给予补肾、补血、补气、活血化瘀法治疗。丙种球蛋白组给予中等剂量丙种球蛋白,10g/d静脉滴注。中西医结合治疗组则采用丙种球蛋白联合中药治疗。3组均以4周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察3组临床疗效及治疗后3个月的复发率。结果中西医结合治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,停药后3个月复发率为6.7%,中药组及丙种球蛋白组的总有效率分别为66.7%和73.3%,停药后3个月复发率为分别为13.3%和26.7%。中西医结合组的疗效显著优于中药组及丙种球蛋白组,且复发率显著低于单纯中药组及丙种球蛋白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗ITP的疗效显著,且复发率低。

Efficacy Observation about Conbined Treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine to Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

Objective To observe the efficacy and recurrence rate about combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine to idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods 45 cases of ITP patients were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group,the gamma globulin group and the combined treatment group with 15 cases respectively,the traditional Chinese medicine group adopted the therapy as invigorating kidney,blood,qi and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.The globulin,gamma group adopted medium dosage of gamma globulin with 10 g/d intravenous drip.The combined treatment group adopted gamma globulin combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Three groups all adopted 4 weeks for one treatment course and 3 continuous course.To observe the clinical effect and recurrence rate after 3 months of three groups.Results The total effective rate of the conbined treatment group was 93.3%,the recurrence rate after 3 months drug withdrawal was 6.7%,The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 66.7%,the recurrence rate after 3 months drug withdrawal was13.3%,The total effective rate of the gamma globulin group was 73.3%,the recurrence rate after 3 months drug withdrawal was 26.7%.The efficacy of the conbined treatment group was significantly better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the gamma globulin group,the relapse rate of the conbined treatment group was significantly lower than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the gamma globulin group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine to ITP had significant efficacy and low recurrence rate.
