大鼠脊髓背角神经元与背索核的投射联系

摘    要:
对麻醉大鼠用颈髓背索逆向刺激和腰髓背角细胞内或细胞外记录的方法,在腰髓背角Ⅱ一Ⅳ层记录到52个单位,其中32个单位的反应符合逆向反应标准,为背索突触后(DCPS)神经元,这些神经元中有15例在逆向反应后间隔不等的时间出现一至多个突触后反应,提示某些DCPS神经元接受来自背索核的下行支配,其余21个单位仅产生突触后反应,可能为背角中接受DCN下行投射的中间神经元。

Abstract:
A total of 53 neurons responding to cervical dorsal column stimulation were intra- and extracellularly recorded and identified mainly in laminae Ⅱ-Ⅵ of the lumbar spinal dorsal horn in anesthetized rats. Of them, 39 units were dorsal column postsynaptic (DCPS) neurons in terms of their responses meeting criteria for antidromicity. The antidromic responses of 15 of these neurons were followed by one or more synaptic responses with different intervals, suggesting some DCPS neurons receive decending innervation from the dorsal column nuclei (DCN). The other 21 units merely showed postsy- naptic responses to dorsal column stimulation and might thus be interneurons innervated from DCN in the dorsal horn.
