拉莫三嗪与丙戊酸联合治疗Lennox-Gastaut综合征的长期观察

目的 观察拉莫三嗪(Lamotrigine,LTG)与丙戊酸(VPA)联合治疗Lennox—Gastaut综合征的长期疗效及不良反应。方法 单中心、开放性自身对照法。治疗Lennox—Gastaut综合征患9例,观察时间为12—76个月。结果 LTG VPA治疗后,7例患(77．8％)有效,其中4例患(44．4％)控制发作;2例无效。脑电图有改善的倾向,副作用少,治疗前后各项实验室检查未见有临床意义的异常改变。部分患应用LTG治疗后生活质量有一定的改善。结论 LTG合用VIA长期治疗Lennox—Gastaut综合征有效,不良反应少。

Lamotrigine in the treatment of Lennox-Gastaut syndrome

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lamotrigine (LTG) with valproate (VPA) in 9 patients with Lennox- Gastaut syndrome (L- GS) . Methods The study was a single - center, retrospective review of open - label LTG with VPA therapy in patients with LGS. The treatment period was 12 to 76 months. Results Four patients with L- GS became seizure -free , and seven patients had a greater than 50% reduction in seizure frequency. An improved trend of EEG after treatment seemed to be noted. Two patients' quality of life (QOL) were improved during the study. The adverse events reported little. Laboratory parameters showed no consistent findings of clinical significance. Conclusion LTG with VPA was an effective and well - tolerated treatment for seizures associated with the Lennox - Gastaut syndrome.
