阴道超声直视下子宫输卵管通水术的研究

本文根据阴道超声具有影像清晰、微细变化动态变化可视性的特点，结合传统的子宫输卵管通水术进行可行性研究。通过10例患者的研究，其中经过直视下观察有6例患者输卵管通液良好，并于子宫直肠窝出现液体存积。3例患者未见子宫直肠窝内出现液体存积并在注液过程中出现阻力大、宫腔内影像是过度充盈，患者疼痛难耐，诊为双输卵管阻塞。1例则在右输卵管出现积水样回声影像，同时子宫直肠窝出现液体存积，即诊断为单例输卵管阻塞。本文是对现代医疗设备在临床应用中新方法的尝试。通过此项研究，我们认为该方法避免了X光透视下行子宫输卵管造影术的弊端，而通过超声影像得到准确、可视动态的临床资料，而且此法优于由特别的仪器，即子宫输卵管通水仪依靠注液时宫内压力变化来辨明输卵管情况的方法。本研究证明，阴道超声直视下子宫输卵管通水术为不孕症的诊断和治疗又提供了简便、安全、实用、无创伤的新方法。

Research on Water Insufflation of Uterotube with Vaginal Ultrasound

As the vaginal ultrasound has a good clarity of images to display the pelvic subtle and dynamoic variations, a combination of conventional uterotube, water insufflation researches was conducted for 10 patients. There were satisfactory waterpassing of Fallopian tubes with liquid deposit in uterus rectal nests in 6 cases; in other 3 cases, obstruction of both ovarian tubes revealed no liquid deposit overwhelming fluid in uterine cavity made the patient intolerable in the rest case, there were hydrops-like echo images in the right fallopian tube and liquid deposit in uterus rectal nest, which indicated single-side fallopian tube obstruction. our method avoids disadvantages of radioopaque method. The researches justify a proposed method being non-traumatic simple, safety, applicable in diagnosis and remedy for sterility.
