| 摘 要： | 本文报道10例经手术或行主动脉造影证实的冠状动脉瘘，彩色多普勒血流显像能显示出扩张的冠状动脉和瘘口中喷射出彩色血流，可准确地提供引流部位和程度，以及血流动力学的变化，对本病的诊断具有决定性的价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper,ten cases with coronary fistula proved by surgery or ascending aortography were report ed.Color Deppler flow imaging not only can show the dilated coronary artery and color flow signal from the fistula to ascer tain the location and the degree,but also the changes of the blood flow dynamics of the heart. |
