| 摘 要： | 本文对30例1～3岁幼儿进行了正常髋关节的超声检查。利用三种扫查切面，分析了正常髋关节各结构的声像图特点。利用超声，可以无创地、反复地对幼儿髋关节的结构进行观察，在幼儿髋关节疾病的治疗、预后及随访中具有临床应用价值*
