用犬人工放血法验证AQi定量与CK图像变化的可靠性

观察犬人工放血至失血性休克前、后左室（ＬＶ）智能超声定量（ＡＱｉ）曲线和彩色Ｋｉｎｅｓｉｓ（ＣＫ）图像变化与实验放血量对照，验证ＡＱｉ曲线与ＣＫ图像的可靠性。生理状态ＬＶＡＱｉ曲线与人类ＬＶＡＱｉ曲线相似，ＣＫ显示心内膜收缩期彩色红－黄位移０．５ｃｍ，时间１２０－１４０ｍｓ。少量放血过程中有轻度变变化；休克后ＡＱｉ示ＬＶ舒张未容积下降约５０％，射血分数下降２２％，射血时间延长１８％；ＣＫ位移缩短至

Dependence of AQi and CK Changes Proved by Bleeding Shock in Canine

The purpose of this study is to determine if intelligent acoustic quantification (AQi) and Color Kinesis(CK) can reflect rapid changes of left ventricular (LV) function induced by bleeding shock. (1) In normal condition, thecanine LV volume AQi curve and CK image were similar to human's. CK showed red t0 yellow, displacement was 0. 5cm,time was 120-140ms. (2) In minor bleeding condition, AQi curve and CK showed no obvious change. (3 ) In bleeding shock,D2 decreased 50% and EF decreased 22%. ET prolonged 18%. CK showed the timing of endocardial wall motion in systolic,period shorted 18%, the displacement decreased 40%. (4) 10 minutes after itself blood and balanced fluid transfused, AQicurve improved, but ET was still at lower level. CK color displacement mostly recovered. Conclusion: AQi and CK appearto be a new promising method which can real-timely evaluate LV function.
