| 摘 要： | 本文报告7例肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤的超声检查结果并和CT图像进行比较，所有病例均经手术病理证实。肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤是一种少见、无功能的良性肿瘤，只有当肿瘤体积明显增大或内部有出血及坏死时可产生临床症状。超声图像是以密集增强光团为特征，边界清晰，后方有声衰减，个别病例肿瘤内部合并出血时，可见不规则溶性暗区；CT图像表现为边缘光滑的圆形肿块，其脂肪区域的CT值低于-30HU。超声和CT检查对本病的诊断有很大的价值。单纯手术切除肿瘤是对本病较好的治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Seven cases of adrenal myelolipoma proved by the surgery and pathology were presented and their resutts of ultrasonography and CT scanning were compared. The typical feasure of ultrasonic image was the highlight photosphere with clear edge and obvious acoustic attenuation. CT scanning revealed a less than - 30Hu sharply demarcated suprarenal mass. Ultrasonography and CT are paramount in its detection and diagnosis. |
