| 摘 要： | 非针灸专业本科《针灸学》课程存在课时少、内容多、学生操作时间短等不足,而医师执业技能考试中大大增加了针灸内容的比例.为提高学生临床技能,采用调整见习时间、小班化教学、开展多元化见习考核等方法进行见习教学改革.问卷调查与学生实习表现均显示见习教学改革取得了较好的结果.

| Abstract: | The proportion of acupuncture test has increased greatly in medical licensing examination.There are shortcomings of acupuncture course,which includes: plenty of teaching contents,relatively less classes and less time for students to practice.This paper suggests to reform the situation by improving the students' clinical ability,regulating time of clinical practice,mini-class teaching and multiplicate tests.The questionnaire and clinical practice show that the teaching reform has achieved good results. |
