| 摘 要： | 通过对近7年国内中医药治疗儿童抽动障碍的文献归类分析，对辨证论治和用药情况进行统计，研究中医治疗儿童抽动障碍的最佳路径。认为抽动障碍是以外风引动内风，肝风内动为基础，夹有脾虚失运、痰浊内扰、心火亢盛、肾阴亏虚、肺虚外感等兼证，治疗宜以平肝熄风为主，同时配合健脾、化痰、安神、补肾、宣肺等治法，可作为今后发展的治疗路径之一。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the literatures of tic disorders treated by traditional Chinese medicine in recent 7 years and analyzes the differentiation of symptoms and medication. Liver and exogenous wind-evil are deeply paid attention to tic disorders. Therapeutically, liver-calming and wind-extinguishing therapy is primarily used, other therapies such as nourishing spleen, resolving phlegm, quieting spirit, nourishing kidneys and releasing lungs are possibly combined. |
